150 gram of chicken meat (boiled)
1.5 inch of ginger (finely blended)
3 onion (finely blended)
1 stalk of lemon grass
4 spoon of chili paste
5 lime leaves
6-7 small chili
Cauliflower
Long beans
Carrots
Ketchup
Oyster Sauce

Steps :
1. Firstly, chicken should be boiled with a moderate quantity of water to get medium-thick stock. No need to boil for a long time.
2. Then fried the ginger, onion, small chili and lemon grass until yellowish colour. Put the chili paste. Stir until it smells nice then add ketchup and salt as you like.
3. Put the boiled chicken meat and the chicken stock into the ingredients that had been fried earlier. If you like thick gravy, mixed with corn flour. Stir and wait for 2 minutes. Chicken may be substituted with shrimp or squid for those who likes seafood.
