Hahahaha...have you ever heard "Anak Kampung" song? My nephew always sing this song and it never attract me until today when sayang told me that actually "Anak Kampung" got girl's version which the girl gives the answer to the guy. Come...let us read the lyric here. It comes with 3 versions; the first version is the original version which the guy sings the song to this girl that he admires. The second version is the answer from the girl which she sings the song to reply the guy and the third version is from another guy who admires the same girl and he feels happy that the first guy couldn't give anything to that girl tho' he loves the girl.

Chicken Paprik

Ingredients : (4-5 persons)


150 gram of chicken meat (boiled)
1.5 inch of ginger (finely blended)
3 onion (finely blended)
1 stalk of lemon grass
4 spoon of chili paste
5 lime leaves
6-7 small chili
Cauliflower
Long beans
Carrots
Ketchup
Oyster Sauce
Salt


Steps :

1. Firstly, chicken should be boiled with a moderate quantity of water to get medium-thick stock. No need to boil for a long time.

2. Then fried the ginger, onion, small chili and lemon grass until yellowish colour. Put the chili paste. Stir until it smells nice then add ketchup and salt as you like.

3. Put the boiled chicken meat and the chicken stock into the ingredients that had been fried earlier. If you like thick gravy, mixed with corn flour. Stir and wait for 2 minutes. Chicken may be substituted with shrimp or squid for those who likes seafood.

4. After that put the lime leaves, chilies, cauliflower, long beans and carrot. Stir until the taste is well blended. Finally, put the oyster sauce.

It's not often I envy someone. Normally I'm the type that never bother with others. But yesterday I happened to read this fellow's blog, and I was like...wow...everyday he writes something on the blog and everyday update his blog with the latest photos of either his own or just the scenery.

Even for me, I don't really have discipline in writing. If you're talking about making your blog as a diary, then count me out. Still I wish I can be like that fellow who updates the blog daily with interesting story. Or, maybe that fellow really have an interesting life to share with the world if compare to me that doing the same routine everyday. Lol!

Anyway, last night we were having fun while practicing carol songs. Agnes and I was the first to reach Aaron's house. So Aaron's wife suggested to me to play the drum or the piano while waiting for the others. Hahaha....I wish to have piano at home. 

We sang many songs, skipping here and there, laughing out loud when someone making joke with 'The Little Drummer Boy' song. We end our practice with Elephant Dance. Well, this is a new thing for me. At least there's no more Chicken Dance all the time. Hahaha...

Merlin

Are you bored? Are you not? Well...I never be bored. Yesterday and today I busied watching Merlin Season 3 and 4. Wow...Merlin Season 4 are more like the ghost story already. Start from episode 1, for those who is a scaredy cat, better don't watch the episode alone. Hahahaha....

Talking about Merlin, I like the episode where Merlin changed himself to be an old man. The old man that really saying all those filthy words and bullied Arthur. Hahahaha....good...good...

I'm done watching whole episodes of Merlin. I also done watching One Piece and Naruto, the latest episode. Today I didn't play maple as I busy with Merlin and also with guitar practice. I'm done writing the chord on my caroling book song.

Tomorrow will play maple again. Then Saturday will vacuuming and mopping my room and also the guest room. Sayang will come over. Yay!

I'm on holiday!!!

Woot!!!! It's been a week for me to come back to my hometown. Yay! I feel like just come out from hell. Many things happened but I don't want to think about that anymore. After I reached home, I talked to mom the whole night and told her about my experienced for these past few months. I feel relieve after that.

Christmas is around the corner and I'm really looking forward for that. Last Tuesday night, we having caroling practice at Bro' Francis's house. All of them were happy to see me. See....this is the only place where I feel like I am so welcomed. This time we have 3 guitarists and I am one of them. Some of the songs are hard to play but I do hope I can mastered the chords before the Christmas caroling start.

Anyway, I don't really like to pour out my feeling on the web. That's why I don't really like to write much on my blog.

Tho' I just back like 1 week already but I still feel tired. Almost everyday I need to run some errand. It's hard when dad is not around as I have to 'replace' dad's position in the house to be a driver, to shop, to pay bills, to cook, to wash cars and even to look after my nephews. I complained to mom and told her that I don't really like to go out everyday. If once a week is okay for me. I'm sure I'm not like other people out there. People do wish to go out, while for me, I rather stay at home.

I've been downloaded One Piece anime and also Naruto. Then I found out some cool stuffs like Virtual Piano in Chrome so I shared them with sayang and last night we skype until 3 am and I showed off my piano skills, playing the intro of "Sadness and Sorrow" from Naruto's soundtrack.

Oh....anyway, below here are part of my room that I like the most and also Leonardo and Alehandro Jr. Cheers!!!
